About Mosaic Pathways

One Practitioner. Whole-Person Focus.

Mosaic Pathways is a solo behavioral planning practice built on the belief that every person carries a unique mosaic of strengths, experiences, and possibilities — and that the right support can help them move forward.

Why I Started Mosaic Pathways

I started Mosaic Pathways because I believe behavioral support should feel like a partnership — not a prescription. Too often, individuals and families receive plans that are technically sound but don't reflect who the person actually is.

The name Mosaic Pathways captures what I believe about every person I work with: they are made up of many unique pieces — experiences, strengths, challenges, relationships — and when those pieces are understood and honored, a clear path forward begins to emerge.

As a solo practitioner, I bring something that larger organizations often can't: your case gets my full attention, every time. I'm not handing you off to a team. I'm the person you talk to, the person who writes your plan, and the person who follows up.

What I Stand For

My Mission & Values

Person-Centered Always

Every plan begins with the individual — their voice, their goals, their pace. I don't fit people into templates; I build around who they are.

Evidence-Based Practice

I apply proven behavioral science with compassion and cultural humility — rigorous in method, human in delivery.

Radical Transparency

You'll always know what's in the plan, why it's there, and how progress is being measured. No jargon, no black boxes.

Strengths First

I start with what each person does well. Building on strengths creates momentum — and momentum creates lasting change.

Collaborative Partnership

Families, educators, and care teams are essential. I work alongside everyone in the person's life to create consistent, unified support.

Whole-Person Support

Behavior doesn't exist in isolation. I consider the full context — environment, relationships, history, and culture — in every plan I write.

Solo Practice

What It Means to Work with a Solo Practitioner

Direct Access

When you reach out, you hear from me — not a receptionist, not a case manager. Direct communication means faster answers and a stronger relationship.

Consistent Care

There's no handoff, no rotation of staff. The person who learns your situation is the same person who writes your plan and follows up.

Focused Caseload

I intentionally keep my caseload manageable so every client receives the depth of attention their situation deserves.
